There is no way for that, you can't have character level formatting in cells which contain a formula.
Your two workarounds:
- have the same formatting for all text in the cell
- convert formula output to constant before formatting
Recently I had the same problem, but I found a solution. This solution works well in google sheets.
=SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(A1,"A","𝐀"),"B","𝐁"),"C","𝐂"),"D","𝐃"),"E","𝐄"),"F","𝐅"),"G","𝐆"),"H","𝐇"),"I","𝐈"),"J","𝐉"),"K","𝐊"),"L","𝐋"),"M","𝐌"),"N","𝐍"),"O","𝐎"),"P","𝐏"),"Q","𝐐"),"R","𝐑"),"S","𝐒"),"T","𝐓"),"U","𝐔"),"V","𝐕"),"W","𝐖"),"X","𝐗"),"Y","𝐘"),"Z","𝐙"),"0","𝟎"),"1","𝟏"),"2","𝟐"),"3","𝟑"),"4","𝟒"),"5","𝟓"),"6","𝟔"),"7","𝟕"),"8","𝟖"),"9","𝟗") This solution works just for numbers and capital letters. If you want to improve your formula, use the characters below:
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz 𝐀𝐁𝐂𝐃𝐄𝐅𝐆𝐇𝐈𝐉𝐊𝐋𝐌𝐍𝐎𝐏𝐐𝐑𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐕𝐖𝐗𝐘𝐙𝟏𝟐𝟑𝟒𝟓𝟔𝟕𝟖𝟗𝐚𝐛𝐜𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐠𝐡𝐢𝐣𝐤𝐥𝐦𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐪𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐯𝐰𝐱𝐲𝐳
